Editing and Proofreading Services

Editing is the process where an editor makes changes to your text and provides suggestions in order to improve the overall linguistic quality of the text, make sure the language is consistent and clear, ensure that every writing convention is followed, especially formatting requirements and referencing styles.
Proofreading is a simpler but quite vital service that we provide. It is the process of correcting surface errors in writing, such as grammar, spelling, punctuation and other language mistakes. Such inconsistencies need to be avoided as they can undermine the impact of your content and the credibility of your business.
Final Review Services

For the Final Review, our native, in-country editors are working in their mother tongue and perform "side by side review" of the target and source texts. They verify the accuracy of the translation and its adaptability to the targeted locale, the consistency of the terminology within and across the translated documents, the agreement with the glossary, and the text completeness.

Language Testing Services
​
Language testing is the process of ensuring that the final delivery of a file is done in its original format, as initially submitted by the client. This step is especially important for Asian and Cyrillic alphabets or for Right-to-Left displaying languages.
Depending on the file type, this process can be either simple or extremely complex. For example, Word files can be rapidly reviewed, while software or web application files need to be tested using tools that check if the internal code is intact and whether there are missing translations. Some files also need input from our DTP department or from our developers.

3rd Party Review Services

We also perform 3rd Party Reviews by checking our clients’ translated materials. We determine if the final product complies with specific standards for quality, performance and readability, according to the documentation provided.
